PSYCHIATRIST/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT/NURSE PRACTITIONER/4TH YEAR RESIDENT:
Committed medical practitioner with current NC license and psychiatric experience to provide assessment and delivery of psychiatric services, in a comfortable, private group-practice setting. This is an outstanding part-time opportunity for the right person. No call, holidays, late nights or weekends required. EXPERIENCED THERAPISTS:

Skilled Psychologist, Professional Counselor or Marriage and Family Therapist with current NC license to provide assessment and delivery of therapy services, in a comfortable, private group-practice setting. . Depending on your availability and location, this may be an in-person, telehealth, employee or 1099 position. Scheduling flexibility gives you the freedom to build your best life. MASTER AND DOCTORAL INTERNS: (This position is open for Fall 2023 and 2024)

New Life Counseling Center is proud of our commitment to our teaching role of helping develop new counselors' therapy skills.  This is an unpaid position where you will gain valuable experience in the field as you complete your program. We have plenty of good quality referrals so that you can meet your goals on time. Some students know exactly what they want to do when they graduate. If you know that you want to go into group practice work after you graduate, this may be a perfect fit for you. Our practice work is based on sound theory and diagnostically driven treatment approaches that lead our clients to health, wellness, alleviation of symptoms, resolution of diagnoses and a more joyful existence. Healing from mental illness is possible. We know, because we see it every day. The therapeutic team at New Life has a wealth of information and experience and is only too happy to share and help you develop into a true healer.
